We also have our one on one clinics and video call appointments.

Telephone health coaching
The COACH Program is an evidence-based, award-winning coaching prevention program for people with chronic disease or at high risk of chronic disease.
DESMOND (Diabetes Education and Self-Management for Ongoing and Newly Diagnosed) is a one day group program which focuses on practical skills to support people living with type 2 diabetes.
The SMART programs are a range of short, topic specific group education programs designed to help you better manage your diabetes. There are topics such as ShopSmart, CarbSmart and FootSmart.
OzDAFNE (Dose Adjustment for Normal Eating) is a five-day group program for adults with type 1 diabetes. The program gives you the skills to calculate how much insulin you need for the amount of carbohydrate in the food you eat, as well as how to manage your insulin doses around exercise and illness.
Living well with diabetes
Living Well with Diabetes is an annual event run across the state in two different locations each year, the day is designed to help you live well and be healthy, with key speakers such as; dietitians, diabetes educators, podiatrists, optometrists, audiologists, exercise physiologists and more.
